
It is finally official. Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 (formerly known as “Crete”) will be the next major release of the project.
During the Microsoft World Partner Conference (WPC 2014) it was officially announced. Microsoft showed the roadmap and changes in Dynamics NAV 2015.
The most interesting changes for Dynamics NAV 2015 are:
- New upgrade tools
- Cash Management
- Simplifiied UI (called UX) with ie Mandatory Fields and Simplified Pages
- Advanced reporting (ie in Word)
- Integration with other Microsoft Products such as Office 365 and Power BI
- Devices: NAV client for tablets
The release date of Dynamics NAV 2015 will be 15 september 2014. After that I will write about the features in detail.
